All pre-orders are subject to allocation. Product quantities and availability may change at any time without prior notice. -
Release Dates
Any release dates or estimated arrival dates provided at the time of purchase are approximate and may be changed by the manufacturer or distributor. Kame House is not responsible for delays beyond our control. -
Order Changes & Cancellations
Kame House reserves the right to modify or cancel any pre-order due to allocation issues, supplier delays, inventory errors, or any other circumstances outside our control. If a cancellation occurs, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.
Returns Policy
Kame House accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that all products are unused, unopened, unchanged, unwashed, and not otherwise altered or damaged. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and seals where applicable.
No products may be returned without prior written consent from Kame House. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approved returns may be subject to a return handling charge.
Kame House does not offer refunds on any orders for trading card products, including but not limited to sealed boxes, sealed packs, singles, pre-orders, or collectibles, due to the collectible and volatile nature of the market.
